CAI-OC provides the most direct line of marketing to community association board members and community managers in Orange County. With more than 1,500 members, the chapter is the largest in California and one of the largest in the nation. We are continually growing to reach the more than 4,700 community associations in Orange County.
The chapter has many educational events including luncheons, mini-trade shows, symposium, and workshops. All of these offers both exhibitor and marketing opportunities. In addition to the educational events, the chapter provides many social events to meet the networking needs of our members, including an annual golf tournament, comedy night, concert, PCAM reception, holiday social and more. The signature event of the chapter is the Annual Awards Dinner to recognize the outstanding contributions of our members and those serving the community associations in Orange County.
