CAI offers membership for Community Management Companies to expand your client base and the resources to assist you as a corporate executive in growing your company. The annual membership for a management company membership is $440 per year. This amount includes the mandatory advocacy support fee of $25 and consider an additional (optional) $20 contribution to CAI’s Foundation for Community Association Research- a tax deductible donation to a 501(c)(3) organization.
