Association: Three Arch Bay – Gated Community of 500 homes, located in Laguna Beach,
California. The Association is self-managed.
Position: Assistant to the Executive Director, moving to Executive Director position in approximately two years.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; M.B.A. preferable. Three-plus years of homeowners association management experience. Knowledgeable in all areas of business operations. Good computer abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills; client service oriented. Excellent
written and verbal communication. Knowledge of governmental Community Services Districts; interaction with the County of Orange and City of Laguna Beach.
Description: Responsible for and requires hands on all areas of management and maintenance. Prepare reports and obtain bid proposals. Supervise three employees and all contractors. Oversee accounting, monthly financial reports, reconciliations and yearly audit. Prepare annual budgets, and responsible for charge accounts at local and national businesses. Prepare monthly newsletters and other communications with homeowners and maintain the website. Prepare monthly Board Packages and Agendas for Board Meetings and attend same.
Start Date: Mid January 2010.
